VoiceBox is a monthly creative subscription box designed to teach kids the power of their voice and creativity, arming them with the courage to inspire social change. 

Our mission is to: 

empower the next generation of social change agents with the creative moxie to change the world!

Each month your child will receive a box that includes a lesson on a specific social issue, resources, art supplies, and a step-by-step guide to help them complete a creative social art project that they can then use as a tool to start real life conversations with their friends, families, and communities to #makearipple.

The idea for VoiceBox was very much inspired by the new, emerging energy of young people everywhere, wanting to get involved with causes they are passionate about. It all started with a phone call between two lifelong friends who wanted a creative project for their kids that would be meaningful, something that would encourage involvement in social issues. 

 

We started designing with the idea that whatever this was, it needed to merge art with social action into a fun, smart and meaningful way. 

 

Together, we had a lot of experience in designing participatory projects using the creative process to spark meaningful conversations in our own communities, as well as a lot of experience with social work and working with kids. Our goal was to use that collective experience to give back and inspire change. We wanted to empower teens to create a movement. What we came up with is what you see today. 

 

VoiceBox is the result of our belief in the power of creativity to inspire social change. We are so proud of this project, and are beyond thrilled to be able to deliver this one-of-a-kind subscription box to your child. We really hope that VoiceBox can be the spark that empowers youth into becoming active, responsible global citizens.
